The Voice Academy: Script Workouts

We’ve designed a new one-day voice-booth focused workshop with director’s feedback, alongside five other like-minded, aspiring voice overs who are all previous students of the Voice Academy.

In one day, you will get at least 2 hours behind the mic plus learn from watching others as we give you the concentrated ‘mic time’ many of you have been asking for.

This intensive workshop is devoted to getting you back in the booth, at Auckland’s best recording facility - Native Audio.

The session is capped at just 6 people… so you will be in the studio - a lot.

COST

The cost is $445 +gst, which will includes a copy of all of your raw recordings from the day, with an option to produce 2 reads up to full broadcast quality with music and SFX as appropriate for an additional $150 +gst.

SPECIFIC READS

We will be running specific workouts for specific genres (for example Commercial Scripts, Character scripts, Audiobooks, or eLearning) As well as mixed sessions which have a bit of everything!
Test out what you’ve learned back in the ‘safe space’. Get feedback on where you are at, and iron out any bad habits that may have crept back in. Giving you the ultimate freedom to do anything and everything with your voice!
